Good collaboration questions
The strongest starting point is a genuine question rather than a predetermined answer. It may concern participation, inclusive design, facilitator readiness, a programme format, or the fit of a new idea in a real setting.
How a conversation develops
- Clarify the people, need, setting, and desired decision.
- Confirm responsibilities, resources, safeguards, and timing.
- Choose a proportionate activity, workshop, or pilot.
- Document learning and agree on the next step.
What to prepare
Share a short description of the challenge, who it affects, what has already been tried, the people who need to be involved, and any timing or delivery constraints. It is fine if the solution is not yet known.
